Infinity Fitness Kids

Infinity Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids, helping them develop a lifelong love of fitness. Infinity Kids seeks to develop body control early in life, thereby preparing our children for the challenges they will face in sport, play and (eventually) work.

Infinity Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and scalable for any participant at any level. Children engage in workouts that are first and foremost FUN!, but that also prepare them for the tasks of daily life. Pulling, running, throwing, climbing, lifting and jumping require practice and skills that are too often abandoned as we grow into adulthood.
